This ICAP satellite meeting will take place at the Radisson Blu Hotel
in the heart of historic Durham. It will allow for deeper discussions and interactions between researchers working in the fields of molecules, Rydberg atoms, magnetic atoms and more.
There will be a mixture of invited and hot-topic speakers, discussion sessions, a poster evening (Tuesday) and conference banquet (Monday).

Registration
The registration fee includes the conference dinner on the Monday evening, as well as tea/coffee and lunch each day. Registration is open.

Submission of abstract
To be considered for a poster or a hot-topic talk, please submit an abstract using this template (LaTex) and sending it to dipolar@durham. The deadline for abstracts is 31st May 2024.
Accommodation and Travel
Rooms are reserved at the Radisson Blu Hotel from Sunday 21st July to Wednesday 24th July. Following registration you will receive a code to enable booking, this must be completed by the 8th June. Other hotels in Durham are available.
Durham is less than 3 hours by train from London, making it easy to reach following ICAP. North East England boasts a variety of historical landmarks dating back to Roman Britain, untouched countryside and dramatic coastline as well as vibrant cities including Durham, Newcastle and York.
